December Letter

Dear Family & Friends,

Hello, how have your holidays been. Mine have been great. For Christmas this year, grandpa Pat came down from Wyoming for Christmas. But first, we went to our grandpa's work party up in Salt Lake City. We went to see the lights at temple square after. The lights around the hotel where the party was at were awesome.

 At temple square, we saw the lights and they were really cool. I wonder who they hire to set up the lights but whoever they are are pretty cool. We went into the assembly hall and there was a choir in there. We all had a great time.

 We invited some of the nice elderly sisters in our ward to our house to have dinner with them. We had my grandma's chicken noodle soup. They were so happy and we had a great time learning about their lives and socializing with them. It was such a great experience.

 We have been going to gardener village a lot more often ever since Brandon got a job there. We went to see the lights and they were pretty cool there as well. I also bought Christmas gifts for my family there.

 Me and my dad made a gingerbread house and it was pretty cool. We had a great time making it even though there was a huge mess left there afterwards. Brandon and Kyle made a house and there house was pretty cool as well.

 My grandpa and I had the same tie that we wore to church. My mom and my dad say that my smile is a lot like his.

 At our family Christmas party we played a lot of fun games as well like pin the nose on the Rudolph. We had a great time with our family. I got my cousin Sean a cool Jazz shirt and my other cousin gave me a boogie board. We had a great time there.

On Christmas morning our parents made us stay in bed until 7:00 o'clock. After that we went downstairs and opened our presents. I got Brandon something for his Nintendo Switch and I got Kyle a key chain. I got my parents a puzzle and Sam a truck book. My parents gave me an amazon echo for my room as well as a new video game. I got a shirt from Brandon which I am wearing in this picture. From my grandpa I got some t-shirts and a hat from my favorite clothes and skateboarding company Vans. I got some candy and we all got a new TV. My dad got a video doorbell because of all the package thieves. 

On Christmas night, we went to our grandma's house for Christmas dinner. We had a lot of good food there. Grandma got all of us BYU hats and socks. I like them a lot and wear them often. We all had a great time spending time with family.

 We made cakes for the new year and this is the cake I made. I then later ate my cake at my friends house. We had fun making them and playing video games and watching movies on new years eve. 

School is going well, my favorite class is P.E. I am starting the third quarter where my schedule will change and I will get new classes. I hope you all have a great winter and a great spring. Bye.
