December Letter

Dear Family & Friends,

Hello, how have you been? I have been great. We went to the Joseph Smith memorial building and found the light the world vending machine there. I bought a two pairs of glasses for people in need around the world. It was a great experience and I loved it.

We went to aunt Melissa's house for our Christmas party. We had a great time and I got LEGO's and rock em' sock em' robots. I was so fun and we had a great time eating and playing games with cousins.

We all got the Nintendo Switch game Super Mario Odyssey which was super awesome. I still haven't played it but it looks like a great game. 

We went to look at lights and a cemetery near our house. It was so cool and they had this ornament that you could walk through. It was so cool. 

On Christmas eve, we got cool athletic pants and went to Church. We waited the whole day just to go to bed and wake up on Christmas day.

Christmas was awesome! I got LEGO's a phone and a new lunchbox. I also got Spider-man homecoming in my stocking. I also gave presents to my brothers and they loved them. We had a great Christmas and also had a family dinner at our house. It was great.

Over the next part of break, we went to St. George to visit our grandma and do fun stuff. My brothers and I went and saw Star Wars The Last Jedi. Our aunt came to St. George also and we did fun stuff. We went to Kolob canyon in Zions, we went to Snow Canyon and went climbing there and a lot of other cool stuff.

I like playing with LEGO's and I like playing our switch. I love to ride on my bike and being in the outdoors. I hope you all have a great winter and a happy new year. Bye.

November Letter

Dear Family & Friends,

Hello, how are y'all. I am totally working on my sweet southern accent :). I have been great this month. We had our first thanksgiving dinner at grandma Chris' house. I ate so much and then I fell asleep. This picture is not one of my best because I just came out of a turkey coma.

 On Thanksgiving day my dad my uncle, my cousin, my brothers and I all went to our wards turkey bowl We had a ton of fun. Me and my brothers and cousins' team lost but we had a great time still. After we came back we put on the Maceys  thanksgiving day parade.

 We had a ton of fun with our cousins and we jumped on the tramp a lot. We had lot's of fun.

We went to gardener village with our cousins. We all got really good caramel apples there. We had a great time running around, looking at elf's, and  looking at the lights.

 I was forced against my will to go sit on Santa's lap at trolley square. Just Kidding. It was fun and we also went and looked at some really cool shops there. 

 Dad's birthday was awesome. He got a Nintendo NES and he played it that night. He loves to play Mario Bros, 1942, and Doctor Mario. It is amazing.

I like to play LEGOS and Terraria and with my brothers. I hope you all have a great Christmas and a happy new year Ya'll :).

October Letter

Dear Friends & Family,

Hello, how are you? This month I had my state cross country meet. It was really nice weather for the meet and it was exciting too. I took 48th place out of 72 people. Our team did really well and we got chicken sandwiches after we ran. It was very exciting and so much fun.

 We went up to little cottonwood canyon for a walk. We found some really cool nature and saw the red and orange leaves too. My brothers and I played on the river and it was awesome even though I fell in the water.

 The time finally came for our cruise! We flew to Chicago and then to Charleston and got on the boat then. When we got on the boat there was so much to see. We saw dolphins and other fish. WE left at 4:00 and they blew a big horn which scared Sam. 

 On the boat there was so much to do. We had our kids clubs to go to and went there a lot. It was such a big ship that we could hardly keep track of where everything was. It was so much fun though.

 We could also mini golf on the boat. Kyle and I went there a ton. We played night games and morning games. It was so amazing.

 We went snorkeling and swimming at princess cays. We saw a variety of fish including Flounders. The water was so clear and nice. WE found some really cool shells too. I bought a conch shell, a treasure box, and a ship in a bottle.

 Our room on the boat was one of our favorite places to crash. We had a TV in the room so we could watch TV. It was fun.

 In South Carolina we went to the Calhoun mansion. We did a tour of the mansion and saw many cool things. I also bought a crystal from one of the chandeliers that they took down. It was awesome.

 I went to the Middle School dance as Napoleon Dynamite. The dance was so much fun and I had an blast.

 We had our Halloween party at Uncle Darren's house this year. We played games, ate and had a great time. We watched the BYU game and on the way back on the highway we saw one of Brandon's friends in his car. How ironic.

 I carved a BYU pumpkin this year. It was so cool and I had a fun time carving it.

 I got a ton of Halloween candy this year. I went with my school friend Jacob and we hit two neighborhoods. We got so much good candy and stayed out for two hours. Jacob was Mario and I was Napoleon Dynamite. It was awesome.

School is going well. I got High Honor roll for first term. I love Utah Studies. I like playing with Lego's and with my Friends.

September Letter

Dear Family & Friends,

Hello, how are you. I am great. This month we went up to the cabin and helped with a wedding. I was in charge of the parking and we had a great time. The wedding was great and I think everyone had a great time there. It was so fun.

We also went up to the cabin two weeks later to see the colors. We were going to go to flaming gorge and rent a boat but the weather was pretty nasty. We had a lot of fun riding our four wheeler's and visiting with aunt Ginger. That was the last time that we the whole family is going to be up at the cabin this year.

I am running cross country this year and I am one of the top three runners on the team. We have had a lot of meets. We have either got first or second in every meet that we have been in. Cross country is really fun.

In cross country regional Hawthorn took third and I got third for Hawthorn. We got the third place trophy and are going to state. I am going to state because I was in the top three. I can't wait for state and this is the second time I am going.

Sam is a happy baby. He giggles a lot and smiles. He has a cold right now but he still is as happy as always. He is 6 months

We have our cruise in 20 days and I can't wait. I like my coding class in school and I am the best coder in the class. Have a great fall goodbye.

August Letter

Dear Family & Friends,

Hello, how was your summer? Mine was great. I went up to camp Hinckley this month. It is up in the Uintas. The water in the lake there is really cold. I got my swim check done though. Scout camp was so much fun. We got a ton of merit badges. We ate so much treats and played a lot of games. It was so fun.

After scout camp, Dad and I were driving home and stopped at Provo city falls. It was really cool and looked so fun to swim in. It was awesome.

 School started and I want to be an orthodontist again. School has been a lot of fun and I love my teachers. I have 8 periods and 8 teachers. I have all of my fun classes on B day. I am is seventh grade and my favorite class is College And Career Awareness.

 We had our Erickson family reunion up at the stairs plant again. Kyle and I saw a rattlesnake and we had a lot of fun. We ate steak which was so good. It was so fun.

 I started Cross Country this month. We have had I meet and the boys got first. Our team is pretty good and we hope to get better. We have practice every day after school. They tire we out but they are fun.

I like playing LEGO's and I also like Lord Of The Rings. I like school, soccer, and cross country. I hope that you have a great fall. Bye.

July Letter

Dear Family & Friends,

Hello, how are you. We went to silver lake for the fourth of July. We hiked up to lake Mary and then up to Lake Katherine. We had so much fun. We met aunt Jenny after we went to lake Katherine. At Lake Katherine there were a ton of fish jumping. It was great.

Sam came two and stayed in a backpack. Sam had a great time and slept half of the time. He is doing great and is getting so big. He is so cute and happy.

We stayed for the parade and got a ton of candy. I got a lot of taffy and chocolate. My cousin Collin even got a fidget spinner. We had so much fun. Before the parade we ate breakfast and had a great time.

We did fireworks on the fourth of July. We had smoke bombs, fountains, and a lot of fireworks. It was great and had so much fun. Before, we had a barbecue which was s much fun. we had a great time.

At the cabin we fixed fences which was really boring. Next.

We also used the canoe which was actually fun. We went on the boat then we went fishing. There were a lot of bites that we got from the fish but we didn't catch any fish. 

I attached my Go-Pro that I got for my birthday to the front of my four-wheeler. I got a video of the ride and of me on the four- wheeler. I am so glad I got it.

I also bought a ping-pong table by myself. I love it and it is so much fun. I am pretty good at ping-pong and I hope to get better. I got the ping-pong table for 70 dollars on KSL. I love the table.

I like playing with Legos and Yugioh cards. I like playing Minecraft and the Hobbit video game. I hope you have a great rest of the summer. Bye.

June Letter

Dear Family & Friends,

Hello, Sam is awesome. He can laugh and smile. He is so cute and is very healthy. I love him.

 Up at the cabin, we hiked to a cabin flooded with water. It took awhile but it was great. We had so much fun and wet. The cabin was great.

 We have going to the pool a lot. I am getting really tan. I like doing tricks off the diving boards and playing with my friends there. I got water guns for my birthday so we played with those. The pool is great

We went to a Real Salt Lake game and sat in the owners suite. The suite was awesome! It was two stories and a balcony. I ate a lot of good food and had a great time. Real won 1-0. That was the 5th Real game I've been to.

Fathers day was this month and it was great. We had breakfast burritos for breakfast and then went to church. After church we just hung out and had a fun time.

Brandon's soccer clinics were this month.I helped with the first week and got payed. I also did the first week intermediate class. The second week all I did was babysit Sam while they were doing soccer clinics. It was great.

I had my birthday and it was awesome. I got Yugioh from Kyle and a huge water gun from Brandon. Mom and Dad got me a go-pro camera. I am going to take it to the Bahamas when we go in October.

For my birthday party I had a lot of friends come. I got water guns, Yugioh, a model rocket, LEGO's and money. I now have $125 saved up for the Bahamas.

We had a dinner at uncle Ryan's house while all of our cousins were in town. there were sloppy joes which were delicious. We also had ice cream pops and chips. It was great and I had a lot of fun.

I like going to the pool and playing with my friends. I am into a card game called Yugioh right now. My friends are into it too. We like playing it. I like playing with Sam and my brothers. I hope you have a great summer. Bye.
