December Letter

Dear Family & Friends,

Hello, this month we went to temple square and saw the lights. They were so cool. We saw them turn on. We got hot chocolate at the Nauvoo cafe. It was great.

We also made gingerbread men. I made him look so delicious. And he was delicious! It took a while to eat him. It was delicious.

We went to gardener village to see the lights and the elves. I was not on any of their naughty and nice lists. It was really fun.

For our service project for school we were going to tie quilts. We volunteered to take some quilts home and cut the edges so they were ready to tie. When we tied them at school we got to watch a movie while we were doing it. I got to watch the movie Elf. It was awesome. 

We had are family Christmas party at Aunt Melissa's house. We ate a lot of food and cookies and played games and gave and got presents. I gave my cousin ledger a LEGO set and I got a magic eight ball, A build your own mini light saber, and a volcano making kit from my cousin Dylan.

Our grandma gave me and Kyle Pokemon monopoly, and Super Smash Bros Brawl. It was awesome. 

For Christmas I got a broncos vinyl sticker to hang on my wall. It was awesome. I got it from my mom and dad.

I got a lot of Pokemon for Christmas. Brandon gave me some and Kyle and I got some in my stocking It was awesome.

We hung the vinyl sticker over my bed. We also got a cardboard plaque that says Broncos Ave. I love our new Denver Broncos room.

On Christmas Our family went to Carrington Court and played the piano for them. I played a duet of silent night and a solo pat a pan. It was really fun.

We came up to our cabin to play in the snow with our cousins the walkers. We went sledding down Aunt Ginger's hill and down a four wheeling course which was so fun because it was so twisty. I also brought my Pokemon cards and traded with my cousins. We played games and ate lasagna. 

I like to play Pokemon and LEGO's my favorite video game is our new game Terraria. It is basically 2D Minecraft with more monsters. I hope you all have a great winter and I hope you had a great Christmas. Goodbye.

November Letter

Dear Family & Friends,

Hello.  We had an early Thanksgiving with grandma Chris. We ate so much turkey and food. It was awesome.

 We drove up to our cousins house in New Mexico. On the way there we went to Mesa Verde and saw the cliff dwellings. They were so cool. They looked like big sand castles. They were so cool.

 We also stopped in Pagosa Springs, Colorado on our way to Los Alamos. It was awesome. The water

was so warm. It was so cool.

 The Sintays house was awesome. We played alot of Super Smash Bros Brawl. We also had turkey bowl on Thanksgiving. I caught two touchdowns. It was awesome!

We watched Fantastic Beasts And Where To Find Them. It was awesome. It was such a good movie.
 

 We also went to Bandelier National Monument with our cousins and actually got to go inside the cliff dwellings. There were some big ladders to climb. They were awesome.

 My dads birthday was on Saturday! We had cake and ice cream. It was great. The bad thing was that we were driving home for 11 hours.

This month we set up our Christmas tree. It was fun. We put sky on the tree. We decorated it with so much color. It was awesome.

I like playing LEGOS. I am excited for Christmas. I like to swim and play video games. I hope you have a great Christmas.

October Letter

Dear Family & Friends,

I had state meet for cross country. I did good and I had a really fun time. Brandon took 2nd which was really exciting.

 Our family carved pumpkins. We grew the pumpkins. There was a really big pumpkin that we grew. My dad carved it . It was fun

I had a swim meet. I took 2nd in both of my events. It was in Salt Lake City. It was really fun.

 We had our family Halloween party. We are being bank robbers and cops. We played alot of fun games at the party. We ate alot also. It was great.

We had the Halloween dance at school also. I had alot of fun and ate alot of food. It was my first time going also. I danced some and me and my friends played tag.

Trick or Treating was awesome. I invited two school friends and my neighborhood friends. We hit all of the houses. We got so much candy. We had a great time!

I like to swim and play football. I hope you have a good autumn and a good Halloween. Goodbye.

September Letter

Dear Family & Friends,

We went to our cabin at the beginning of the month. We got so many pictures with the color and the leaves. We watched movies and laid on the heater.

I am doing cross country. I have gotten top five every meet. We had regions at our school. There were 7 schools and a lot of people. I am a alternative for the state meet.

We went to the cabin again and, just me and mom and dad.  We rebuilt the fire pit, it looks amazing. We went on a four wheeling and watched a lot of movies. It was great.

We took a lot of pictures because it looked so beautiful. Our ride was really pretty. We saw alot of orange trees and yellow and red. It was amazing!

I like swimming. I am on the West Jordan swim team. We are the stingrays. I am in the advanced group. Our cross country state meet is next week. I am really excited. I hope you have a great fall. Bye.

August Letter

Dear Family & Friends,

How are you. I am doing great. This month was great. I went to my cabin in Wyoming. When we were there we went fishing it was fun even though we did not catch any big fish. Our cabin is awesome!

I started school too. I am in sixth grade. I am now in middle school now. It has been a great year so far. I have awesome teachers. Sixth grade is awesome.

I am doing cross country for the school. I am really good at endurance. I come in second every practice (to Brandon).  Running is really fun.

I like playing soccer and swim. I am on the West Jordan swim team. I hope you have a great summer.

July Letter

Dear Family & Friends,

Hello, how are you? I am doing great. I had camp Tracy this month. We got to sleep overnight which was really fun. I got to do archery, rifle shooting, and other fun activities. our troop made dinner. We had hamburgers. It was great.

On the fourth of July we went up to Brighton ski resort and hiked up to lake Mary. We did it with our cousins. it was fun. After we had breakfast and got ready for the parade.

At the parade we got a lot of candy. I rode my motor scooter in the parade. I gave out candy. it was great.

We had a party on the fourth of July and lit off fireworks. I lit off a bunch. We ate a lot and had a great time.

We went to Lagoon for our first time with our Walker cousins. We rode that cannibal and got to be on the front of the car. It was wicked. Speaking of wicked we went on a ride called wicked. You go vertically up 10 feet then 10 feet vertically down. We went on a fun ride called rocket ride where it takes you up 50 feet or so and then it drops you. The samurai was fun but made me sick you are in a row of seats and it spins you while you are spinning in the row of seats. Our secret was we went in the single riders line and got right onto the ride. Usually you wait in the cannibal line for 2 hours and we got on in 2 minutes. I think it is the best amusement park ever.

I got a pet parakeet also. Her name is sky because her chest looks like a sky full of clouds. She does odd things. She run back and forth on our windowsill chasing cars. She is a funny bird.

We had a family reunion in Lovell, Wyoming With our moms side of the family The first day we went to horseshoe bend lake and took a long boat tour. We saw bighorn sheep in the mountains on the boat tour. After we got back we ate lunch and played at a park.

After lunch we went and swam in the marina. We had ultimate chicken fights which were fun. I almost knocked Brandon off my cousins back. We had fun. We found a spot with lot's of mud and had a mud fight. We got messy but were able to wash off in the marina. After we got back from the lake we played games and went and saw Finding Dory. That day was a blast!

On Friday we went to Billings were our cousins live. We had cousin races. We had a relay race were we would take a spatula and run with and hand it off. We also did and potato sack race. And also used the potato sacks to do three legged races. We had a iron man course with many obstacles. It was fun!

On Saturday we went to porcupine falls. At porcupine falls there was a huge cave that led up to the top of the waterfall And i climbed though it with my cousins Marcus and Audrey. It was so cool.

I jumped of a cliff into the lake. It was freezing but fun. We had a great time at Porcupine Falls.

We did s'mores at Grandpa Pat's house for our last day there. We went to church there and I met new people. It was the best family reunion ever.

I like iron man and marvel comics. I like playing Minecraft with my brothers. I hope you have a great summer. Goodbye.

June Letter

Dear Family & Friends,

Hello, how are you? I had my school field days where you play games and GET WET! I played a game where you wear big pants and try to throw wet sponges into the pants. It is called" plumbers pants". I had a great time.

We had another successful end of school party. We had lot's of water balloons and played soccer, basketball, and volleyball. It was so much fun.

Grandpa Don visited this month. He came to one of my soccer games. Good thing I won that day. After we went to the old spaghetti factory to eat. It was great to see him again. 

The pool is so fun. I go off the diving boards doing dives, backflips, frontflips and other tricks. I love playing there with my friends.

We went to our cabin and tore apart the deck. We used many tools to rip it apart we cranked it out really fast. We used some of the wood for our fort. We got many nails from it and screws too. It was fun.

We used some of that wood to make a room in the fort. I had the idea so we built it. It was fun we cut wood for it and have a doorway. It is so cool.

We had our ward bike parade. Sister Wheeler and I were the only ones with motorized vehicles. I had a motor scooter and she had a motorcycle. We decorated our bikes (and other vehicles too).

I had my 11th birthday. I had a great time in the water we had 550 WATER BALLOONS. We used them all and got soaked. we had a NERF war in the rain. I got great presents to. We played kickball too. It was a blast.

I got my arrow of light on my birthday. It was so cool. Bishop Rowley made me a cool metal arrow of light with my name at the bottom and a yellow arrow. It was so cool.
