April Letter

Dear Family & Friends,

Hello! How are you? I have been great. I started spring soccer. Our team is yellow and we are called the Scorch. Our record is 3-1. So we have won 3 games. I love soccer a lot.

We had the Hawthorn Academy fun run. It is a 5k (3 miles) race. I got 8th place in the whole school and 1st in 5th grade. After the fun run we had a healthy living expo. I got lot's of prizes there. It was really fun.

We went to a Real Salt Lake soccer game on the 30th. They were facing the Houston Dynamo. They beat them 2-1. The Houston Dynamo have actually ever won at the Real Salt Lake stadium. It was great.

At home I like playing soccer and LEGO's. I have alot of friends that I hang out with. I love my great school. At recess I like playing basketball and cops and robbers. I hope you have a great spring bye!

Love Eric James Barnhisel
